I bought the revised edition hardback 2 years ago. After normal usage, the binding failed. If I had seen this book in a shop I would have laughed and put it back. Might be a good idea to put a note on the free version's product page noting what is not in that edition. Does anyone know where to find pictures of the differences of the premium and standard quality hard covers?
